We don't ship tickets or confirmations. You just need to print and bring your paypal receipt printed, showing your ID you will be able to collect your tickets at the venue. To those who paid by wire transfer you just need to show your ID. Please, if the person who made the purchase is not the one who will collects the tickets at the venue himself, you will need a copy of his/her passport/ID. TAP Portugal has agreed with OFFF, in the scope of the OFFF Lisbon 2008, to be held in Lisbon, from the 8th to the 10th of May 2008, to offer a discount to the participants who make their flight booking and buy their ticket exclusively through TAP Portugals website.
The discounts offered are the following:
- 10% in economy class
- 20% in business class
The code IT8TPCG39 has been given to this event and must be mentioned when making the booking in order to benefit from the discount.
To make the booking, the participant should follow these steps:

OFFF Lisbon'08 will be held at LX Factory. The address is: 103 Rua Rodrigues de Faria, Lisbon, 1300 Portugal.
Located in Alcantara, by the Tagus river, LXF is currently under restoration where once stood Lisbonense Threads and Fabrics Company, one of the most important manufacturing plants of Lisbons History.
Its construction dates back to the first half of the XIXth Century and was one of the first to adopt a typical iron architectural typology in Portugal.

When you completed your purchase you have received an email from paypal with an ID number of your OFFF LISBON'08 tickets, we suggest that you print it, because you'll must show that number and your ID card or passport at the event, we don't send the tickets.
With the purpose of avoid queues and delays we recommend to you to pick up your tickets on May 7th 2008 (the day before at the beginning of the Festival) at our Will-call at LX Factory, from 10:00 to 18:00.
During the days of the Festival (May 8th to 10th 2008) our box office will be working during the regular schedule of the event. In case of someone different from the purchaser is going to pick up the tickets, the following documents will be mandatory: the purchase reference number, a copy of the ID or passport of the purchaser and a letter of authorization mentioning the complete data of the purchaser and the person to who is authorizing.
